Online enquiry
A valid enquiry is first stored in an encrypted delivery queue and assigned a reference. The visitor email is used only as the reply address; no automatic confirmation is sent.
After successful delivery, the encrypted content is deleted immediately. Failed encrypted content and limited technical delivery metadata are retained for no longer than 30 days.
The online form does not accept attachments. Do not enter special-category personal data, credentials or trade secrets.
